The unique 2-piece design forms a “Self Tensioning Clamp” which:
Holds vinyl securely in place, and stretches vinyl media to form a smooth, seamless, wrinkle-free display.
No. The thinking behind our design is “Safety First”. Other framing systems rely on the strength of heat-welds, hems, and the vinyl fabric itself. Our frames form a virtual “metal clamp” along the entire edge of the vinyl perimeter.
This patented design is advanced and reusable and has adhesion bars to hold vinyl tight during the installation process. Once the Cover Plate is installed, the bonding area is no longer relied upon and remains securely in place.
Standard color is a silver/gray anodized finish made from aluminum.
Any flexible media or “Banner Vinyl ” will work, we utilize a heavy 13oz treated banner to provide the best longevity of product.
One of the unique claims of our patent is “Self-Tensioning”. The vinyl is made tight during the installation process. The 2 frame layers interlock clamping and stretching, simultaneously. So that when the final anchors are set, the vinyl is wrinkle free and tight.
Absolutely, the majority of our customers use leased/rented equipment. They love it, since their vehicles upon return look like new and have a higher resale value. Any damage from the frame screws on the trailer can be easily covered with rivets.
Upon art approvals normally one week to print and ship and then we schedule the installation crew to fit your needs.
No. Have as much fun and be as creative as you like. We do not charge extra for these types of things or apply any set up charges.
Our system can be washed as you normally would or in a trailer wash without any problems.
Our system will have your truck look like magazine-page billboards on wheels. Your graphics are not interrupted by rivets, ribs or corrugations.
Absolutely not. Our Armor Shield Top Coating not only protects against harmful UV rays but also allows for the removal of graffiti. With simple finger polish removal (pure acetone), one can literally wipe off any paint, pen, marker, etc. Clean graffiti off time and time again and the coating will remain glossy and still protect the vinyls from UV.
Many people ask if there are other non-decal options. Yes, but they are not suitable for truck and trailer use, they range in everything from a crazy glue on, not fleet appropriate Velcro, bungee cords and grommets or a very low-quality option which costs money to own instead of cost saving. Some require additional trips to the site, additional shipping charges, longer lead times, graphics that do not perform and each requires much more downtime of your equipment and cost. We replace these options because they fail to perform. A few decal companies offer these alternatives in an effort not to lose the business. However, these low-quality products fail to perform as required. Many companies end up going back to decals not knowing that there is a system that properly and beautifully functions in this extreme and demanding environment.
